Gubbio does not have a train station in the town center, but it can be easily reached via two main stations connected by bus services:

• Fossato di Vico – Gubbio Station (Rome – Ancona line, approx. 18 km away): This is the closest station. Trenitalia’s integrated “Gubbio Link” service (train + shuttle bus) is available from here, reaching the center of Gubbio in about 35 minutes.
• Perugia Fontivegge Station (Firenze – Terontola – Perugia line, approx. 40 km away): Connected to Gubbio by regional bus lines.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property (common areas and guest rooms). The network name is “Cappuccini” and no password is required.

Yes, the hotel offers a large free private parking lot within the property. A spacious indoor garage is also available, free of charge for guests subject to availability. It is possible to reserve a space in the garage at a cost of €20.00 per day.

Breakfast is always included and is served during the following hours:

• Monday to Saturday: from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM
• Sundays and Public Holidays: from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM

The buffet offers a high-quality selection of sweet and savory options, homemade products, and freshly brewed espresso drinks. A dedicated gluten-free corner is available; upon prior request, we are glad to provide additional products for specific dietary needs.

Yes, cats and small-to-medium-sized dogs accustomed to traveling are welcome in the guest rooms. Out of respect for other guests, they must not cause disturbance if left alone in the room.

• Common Areas: Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, bar, or wellness center.
• Bar/Restaurant Exception: Small-sized pets are allowed in the bar and restaurant exclusively inside their own pet carrier. Please inform us upon booking so management can allocate seating appropriately.
• Surcharge: Pet presence must be declared at the time of booking. The fee is €15.00 per day per pet, up to a maximum of 4 nights.

Yes, the pool is part of the Water Park and features free access for all guests.

Children (under 12): Must be accompanied by an adult. From October 1st to May 30th, children under 12 are allowed until 6:30 PM (after this time, the area is reserved for adults only). During the summer season, access is unrestricted.

The pool water is maintained at a constant temperature of approximately 28°C, ideal for comfortable swimming.

Yes, access to our fully equipped gym is included in all room rates. Entry is permitted from 14 years of age.

Spa access (permitted from 14 years of age) is included only in packages that explicitly mention it (such as the Cappuccini Spa Special). If not included in your room rate, the costs are:

Half-day: €50.00 per person

Full day: €80.00 per person (subject to current promotions)

It grants access to three distinct areas:

1. Spa Circuit: saunas, reaction shower, Turkish bath, Mediterranean bath, emotional showers, herbal tea corner, and relaxation area.
2. Hydromassage Room: ark-shaped pool with water at 34°C enriched with magnesium and potassium, circular pool, and thalasso pool.
3. Park Oasis: indoor/outdoor pool at 34°C, Kneipp path, and “Silence and Relaxation” areas.

Includes the use of the spa kit (bathrobe, slippers, and towel)

The Park Hotel ai Cappuccini exclusively hosts the prestigious “Marc Mességué ai Cappuccini” center for Italy. Since 2012, our facility has applied this renowned phytotherapy method, combining medical research with the customized use of herbs to detoxify the body, restore physical fitness, and combat stress.

The center offers deep regeneration stays (from 3 nights minimum). Packages include: full board with a customized diet, initial phytotherapy consultation with Marc Mességué, medical check-ups, daily herbal decoction treatments, scheduled physical activity, and full access to the Spa and Water Park.

Parcours Complet: also includes laboratory analyses, wellness treatments, and massages.

We have rooms specifically equipped for guests with disabilities, and all indoor areas can be reached via elevator. Please note that some areas of the Spa may not be recommended or might be difficult to access for guests with reduced mobility.
