In half a day you’ll be introduced to the Italian way of cooking.
The course will open up the way to the basics of the Italian and, or, Umbrian cuisine and is structured into sessions: starters, pasta main dishes, meat and fish dishes and desserts.
Every session lasts approximately 2 hours and you can choose the one that suits you most. Our chef will guide you in the creation and lay out of the main dishes of our national and regional tradition. Finally you will have the opportunity to enjoy the dishes you prepared.
